Our offsite billing department will submit claims to your primary insurance for reimbursement. They will also submit claims to your secondary insurance if it is an insurance with which we have a contracted agreement. To pay your bill online, enter the invoice number and the amount to be paid into the form below, then press "Continue". You will be taken to a secure site to complete your transaction.

Triage Calls
Please be aware that there is a $20 charge per call to the Triage Nurse Line. Whenever possible we encourage you to use your insurance carrier's 24-hour Nurse Line provided to you at no additional charge. Please refer to your insurance card for their number.
